Terms of Service

Effective September 27, 2026

These terms cover this website and the general terms of services provided by TVM Operations, LLC ("TVM", "we", "us"). Each engagement is also governed by a written agreement signed by the Client and TVM (the Health Scorecard Agreement, the Clean-up and Migration Agreement, and the Parser Service Agreement). If a signed agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement controls.

1. Our services

• Health Scorecard: a review of a copy of the Client's business records, with a scorecard, a list of issues found, and TVM's estimates.
• Clean-up and migration: organizing the Client's customer records and moving them into the Client's Housecall Pro account.
• Parser: a monthly service that turns the Client's field team's texts, photos, and voice memos into job records and invoices in the Client's Housecall Pro account. Parser requires a Housecall Pro plan that includes API access. See the Parser Texting Terms.

Scope, price, and timeline for each service are set out in the Client's proposal and signed agreement. Prices aren't published on this website.

2. Estimates, not promises

Scorecards, valuation figures, multiples, and other estimates are TVM's estimates for planning purposes. They are not appraisals and not a promise of any sale price, loan, deal terms, or result. What a buyer, lender, or partner may conclude is up to them. Nothing TVM provides is legal, tax, or financial advice.

3. The Client's responsibilities

• Provide records the Client has the right to share, and accurate information about its business and team.
• Keep its own Housecall Pro account in good standing. Housecall Pro's own service, billing, and customer payments are between the Client and Housecall Pro.
• Enroll in Parser only team members who know about Parser, and tell TVM promptly when someone leaves so they can be deactivated.
• Review invoices and records created through Parser as part of its normal business practice.

4. Payments

• TVM bills through Stripe. Nothing is charged until the Client chooses how to pay on TVM's secure payment page, and TVM sends a bill only after the Client has agreed to the work.
• Payment method fees. Bank transfers (ACH) carry a processing fee of 0.8%, at most $5. Credit card payments carry a surcharge equal to TVM's card processing cost, never more than 3%, where permitted by law. The surcharge is shown before payment and as its own line on the receipt. There is no surcharge on debit or prepaid cards.
• Sales tax is added where it applies and shown on the receipt.
• Parser is billed monthly by automatic payment, starting on the Client's go-live date, as set out in the Parser Service Agreement.

5. Cancellation and refunds

• Parser: after the minimum term in the Parser Service Agreement, either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Service and billing continue through the end of the notice period.
• Health Scorecard and clean-up: fees follow the payment schedule in the signed agreement. Either party may end an engagement as the agreement describes.
• Fees for work already performed aren't refundable, except as stated in the signed agreement or required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, email us within 60 days and we'll review it promptly.

6. Data

The Client owns its records. TVM handles them as described in our Privacy Policy and the signed agreement, and returns or deletes them on request.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TVM isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business value, and TVM's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the Client paid TVM for the service involved in the 12 months before the claim. TVM's data-protection measures are precautions, not a guarantee; see the Privacy Policy. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply.

8. This website

This website is provided for general information, as is. We may change it at any time. Don't misuse it or attempt to access our systems without authorization.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Changes don't alter a signed agreement unless both parties agree.
